Interim IT Recruiter (UK) – Amsterdam
We are looking as of now for an Interim IT Recruiter (UK native) for the Uk market, your work location is Amsterdam.
You will be recruiting across the business into a variety of IT roles.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving a direct souring model.
You will need to create credible and proactive relationships with hiring managers in the business.
Conducting the full end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle of candidates across multiple disciplines and all levels.
You must have the following essential skills:
- Minimal of 3 years experience in an International company
- Fluent in English (Dutch is not mandatory)
- Intermediate Excel skills – ability to perform Pivot Tables and V-Look-ups
- Action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work.
- Previous experience in an supporting HR role in a commercial environment, delivering a proactive HR service.
- HBO P/A education
Our client is a leading brand within the ICT Business. They are looking for a native English speaking IT recruiter who will be responsible for recruiting for various IT roles in the UK market.
Your work location will be the European Headoffice in Amsterdam.
