Procedures and organisational positions differ from organisation to organisation. To accommodate this, Iduet offers three different recruitment and selection products to suit every situation: Professional Search, Extended Search and Executive Search. It goes without saying that our high quality and dedication are default features of every Iduet service.

Professional Search

This service works on the basis of no cure no pay. Here we draw upon our own network, our own (online) recruitment channels and our extensive portfolio of highly trained professionals.

Extended Search

This service is designed to supplement our Professional Search service and is aimed at positions that are more difficult to fill. In this service we deploy one or more advertisements in various printed media. There are no additional costs if a successful match is made (excepting the costs of placing the advertisements) and the no cure no pay basis continues to apply.
