Iduet has been active as an agency for ICT, FINANCE and HRM staff since 1986. We operate from two offices in Haarlem and Utrecht. How we work
The object of Iduet's recruitment and selection process is to achieve a successful collaboration between client and candidate. At the end of the day, our added value lies in the ability to the select the right person for the job. We achieve this by means of a thorough and intensive process.
We start by ensuring we obtain a thorough insight into our client, the requirements of the position and the accompanying organisational processes. With this clear picture in mind, we look for a candidate with a good fit - both in terms of meeting the requirements of the position, but also in terms of ambition and motivation. We look for someone who is not only able to demonstrate the necessary qualities, knowledge and ambition, but who also has the ability to deploy these. Iduet's consultants have a nose for talent and, accordingly, play a pivotal role in the process. Their many years of experience mean our consultants have an excellent knowledge of their field and are able to gauge the candidates' career phases with great precision.
